This seminar covers estimating and bidding best practices for fire sprinkler contractors, including a description of the various methods used to determine a selling price. We will discuss preparation of a proper proposal and spec sheet to communicate inclusions and exclusions, providing a template for participants to use and further develop. We will address differences in approach to plan and spec work, public works, and negotiated project opportunities, along with change orders and their impact on customer relations based on different project types and contractual obligations.

 

Upon completion of this seminar, attendees will be able to:
