Description
Participants will receive a practical introduction to building information modeling (BIM). This course will cover in depth the common terminology used in BIM and how schedules play a significant role in BIM. We will also discuss the different software applications available and how they differ from one another. Lastly, we will cover the pros and cons of doing BIM projects, as well as how to assess the expected costs.
Upon completion of this seminar, attendees will be able to:
- Identify the common terminology used on BIM projects.
- Recognize what to look for and questions to ask before entering into a BIM project to understand contractual obligations.
