George Nicola is the Director of Product Technology for The Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Company. He has been in the fire protection industry for over 37 years working on both the contracting and manufacturing sides of the business. He was a licensed fire protection contractor in the state of Florida and has held positions that include design, sales, and management. George began his tenure at Reliable in 2011 and has spent the majority of his time there in the Technical Service Department. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is CFPS-certified through NFPA and has been an active board member of various industry-related organizations throughout his career.
