Lisa DiRienzo serves as the New England Regional Manager for Impact Fire, bringing years of hands-on experience, leadership, and a deep passion for fire protection to her role. Before joining the Impact Fire team, Lisa successfully owned and managed her own fire protection company, where she built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and a commitment to life safety. Her entrepreneurial success laid a strong foundation for her continued leadership in the industry. Lisa holds NICET Level I certifications in both Inspection & Testing of Water-Based Systems and Water-Based Systems Layout. She is also a licensed fire sprinkler contractor in Massachusetts and Maine. A strong advocate for the advancement of the fire protection field, Lisa is the Chair of the New England Chapter of the American Fire Sprinkler Association (AFSA), and serves on AFSA’s Apprenticeship and Education, Legislative, and Membership Committees, as well as AFSA’s National Apprentice Competition Subcommittee. Her work with AFSA reflects her dedication to workforce development, legislative progress, and mentoring the next generation of fire protection professionals. In addition to her professional contributions, Lisa is deeply committed to community service and serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Ron Burton Training Village, a nonprofit organization focused on youth development and leadership. Lisa has 4 beautiful kids and enjoys travelling with her family, hiking, running, playing golf, and going to sporting events. Lisa contributes some of the successes in her life to what has become her lifelong motto, which she learned from her dad: Never, Never, Never QUIT!
