Description

A service technician or crew responds to a leaking sprinkler pipe, a tripped dry valve, a fire pump out of service, or an unwanted water flow alarm activation. Do your service technicians know how to impair a fire system properly? Do they know what testing is to be done and documented when putting a system back in service? Can they report deficiencies or observed conditions back to the office? This seminar will focus on applying the requirements of NFPA 25 to service and maintenance activities and providing proper documentation to prove completion of the job.

Upon completion of this seminar, attendees will be able to:

  • Describe the proper steps to be taken to impair a fire sprinkler system.
  • Identify all testing that is to be conducted per NFPA 25 when a system is placed back in service.
