This seminar will cover the basic terminology and requirements of a typical BIM project, including the questions that should be asked when bidding on projects that require BIM coordination. It will also include what to look for before signing contracts for BIM-coordinated projects to ensure adequate hours and budget for your design team to complete the job.
Upon completion of this seminar, attendees will be able to:
- Identify common terminology used in projects that require BIM coordination.
- Estimate hours to include in a BIM project and identify key contract items prior to signing.
- Discuss common problems one may encounter when working on a project with BIM.
