In today's workforce, we have people who have gone from 8-tracks to Spotify, and we have others who will never see a VCR. Understanding the differences across our generations and embracing those differences can mean having a team that works together like a well-oiled machine. We'll review what these generations are and talk about the strengths people from each of them can bring to the team.

Upon completion of this seminar, attendees will be able to:

• Describe each generation and the events that happened during their formative years.
• Restate what unconscious biases are and how they come into play when working with someone from a different generation.
• Utilize tools like personality assessments and personalized languages of appreciation to create a happy and cohesive team.
