Shawn Mims is vice president of marketing and one of the founding employees of ServiceTrade, the leader in operating software for commercial contractors. Shawn graduated from North Carolina State University’s Mechanical Engineering program then began his career as a national commercial contractor. Shawn’s engineering background gives him a unique perspective of how technology can solve the complex problems unique to commercial service contractors. He is especially adept in helping contractors use data to guide sound business strategies for efficient operations and scalable growth during a persistent skilled labor shortage.
