This course will detail the responsibilities of a layout technician and installer. This course will discuss what is expected from a layout technician and how practicing outside the scope can result in avoidable liability. Specific topics include system selection, hazard classification, and design practices.
At the completion of this presentation, you should be able to:
- Understand the aspects of the installation that affect hydraulic calculation.
- Identify changes in the installation that require confirmation from the layout technician.
- Apply obstruction rules to changes in the field.
